Cancellation policy: To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be received in writing or via email. Cancellations received by 12/31/11 will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee minus a $25 handling fee. Cancellations received between 1/1/12 and 3/1/12 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee minus a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 3/1/12.
