Multimedia Promotion Opportunity for
Desert Dreams Writers’ Conference 2012
The 2012 Desert Dreams Writers’ Conference is the ideal opportunity for you to get your name and your books before an audience of editors, agents and other authors. As part of our conference promotion opportunities, we are pleased to offer this multimedia promotion opportunity. We will have a slideshow playing throughout the Friday evening dinner, showing author photos and books covers. This is the opening dinner, attended by all conference attendees, including the editors and agents. We also will be creating posters to display around the ballroom during meals and the Sunday workshop, as well as in the foyers, to display your book covers or other promotional graphics.
We are offering a al carte choices or a package deal for those wishing to maximize their promotional opportunities. We ask that you send us the graphic that you wish to use, preferred size is 600 x 900 for the slide show and 1200 x 1800 at 600 dpi for the posters and our media experts will create the slideshow and/or poster. We will place the posters at various locations throughout the conference. Sorry, we will not be able to take requests for specific locations.
